Return & Cancellation

You must return the product(s) to EXTEMPOREL, 5 rue de Sétubal 60000 Beauvais without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever date is first.
